We had a wonderful time during our one-night stay! The friendly staff made an effort to accommodate our needs. Our room was comfortable, and we loved the convenience of nearby restaurants, though it's best to drive rather than walk. Definitely recommend this place for family trips!

I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the functional air conditioning. However, I was disappointed with the towel shortage and the pest issue. I wouldn’t come back.

I enjoyed the proximity of several parks like Alice Wilson Hope Park and Joe and Tony Oliveira Park, both just a short walk away, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and quick nature escapes, while the variety of nearby dining options like New York Deli II only a few steps away added nice convenience to my city exploration.

Hygiene definitely missed the mark, with moldy walls and unclean linens making the stay less than ideal. I encountered a troublesome bathroom situation. the shower barely worked, and drainage was dismal, resulting in a frustrating experience. The room smelled strongly of tobacco despite requesting non-smoking, and I could see food labels stuck on the wall. Numerous small details, like inadequate towel supplies and a slippery floor from over-cleaning, compounded the overall sense of neglect that made it unsuitable for families traveling with young children.
